The invoice issued by COWAROBOT is in electronic form by default. The invoice title is subject to your order information. The order can’t be edited once submitted.
Customers can visit our official website (www.cowarobot.com) to check on their electronic invoice after 10 working days from the delivery date.
For replacing with paper invoice, please click the button in electronic invoice page to change. The paper invoice will be sent to you within 10 working days after receiving your application.

You can track the logistic status in “My Order” or in the official website of corresponding logistics company by using your tracking number.

3. Fill in your purchase information
Click “Next step”, fill in shipping name, address, phone number and etc, choose payment method, delivery method and invoice type. Since the order information can’t be edited once submitted, please check carefully before payment.
After confirm your purchasing information and “list of goods”, click “pay for it”, follow the instruction to choose the payment method you are familiar with and complete your payment.
5. Inspection & Sign for receiving
Please check if the goods are in good condition and sign face to face. You can reject or call 400-820-2590 to contact the customer service if there is any problem with COWAROBOT. You can also call the above number to complain if the delivery man refuse to cooperate with unpacking and inspection.
COWAROBOT official website supports wechat payment and Alipay. Cash on delivery is not accepted for the moment. Please pay attention when buying to ensure normal receiving of the product.
COWAROBOT official shop decides to adopt a third party logistics delivery. To improve user’s delivery experience, we choose SF Express as our logistics support.
Users can track the logistics information and delivery status on “My Order”.
Please check your products on spot after receiving.
Due to the requirement of suitcase in logistics transportation, we will use packing box to ensure the safety of transport. We suggest you to keep the packing box for at least 15 days from the delivery date so that you could better enjoy the service we provide.
If the suitcase or its components need to be repaired or changed during use, please keep your after-sales service card after the maintenance or replacement.
Customer can return products without giving reason within seven days from the delivery date (it is subject to the logistics information) along with the sales receipt. The product must be in intact condition and remain unused and unwashed. It should be returned with its original packing which must have all the original accessories contained (eg: Product Label, Suitcase Cover, Warranty Card and Keys).
You can call our customer service number - 400-820-2590. Stuff of COWAROBOT authorized service center will handle the return for you. The refund will be returned to your payment account within 10 working days from the date we receive your returned goods.
If the returned goods are unable to meet the return policy, COWAROBOT will not permit the refund. The unacceptable goods will be sent back to you as the original form.
Customer should bear the shipping cost in the case of returning goods without any reason within seven days from the delivery date. If there is any quality problems with product itself or the goods received do not tally with the order, expense arised therefrom is borne by COWAROBOT.
Beyond seven days but within fifteen days from the delivery date, customer can exchange goods if there are any performance faults that are not being damaged by any man-made factors.
The goods should be returned with its original packing which must have all its original accessories contained. If the returned goods don’t include all the accessories or packages, COWAROBOT will only replace the return part.
If you want a replacement, you can call our customer service number - 400-820-2590. Stuff of COWAROBOT authorized service center will handle the replacement for you. The following behaviors will not be included in the 15 days exchange policy: Three Guarantees certificate and invoice are lost; Man-made damage; The warranty and security labels was damaged.

Each product of COWAROBOT must go through rigorous tests before they leave the factory to ensure our products are strictly in line with the quality standard. Therefore, if any defects and malfunctions caused by material and manufacturing process occur under the free warranty, we will provide free repair or exchange service in accordance with warranty policy and condition.
Free warranty: One year for electron part and two years for non-electronic part. See warranty form for details. The free warranty period start from the second day after receive the product.
The free warranty only applies to material and craft production defects. The following conditions are not within the scope of return and warranty: the usability being damaged by personal negligence, accident, exposing to extreme temperature, solvent, acid or water as well as normal wear; any damage caused by not using the product as required in the instruction; no warranty card; the receipt and warranty do not match the receipt information; exceed normal using condition which include but not limited to riding or overload; disassemble or repair product privately; maliciously damage the warranty card and suitcase information including fuzzy damage, tear to shreds, tamper with the content and etc; use our products for commercial purpose; In addition, the following situations are also not under warranty: damage caused by air handling, rough handling, overload packaging, improper consignment; scratch or breakage of suitcase, fabric and lining caused by personal negligence and accident; normal wear and aging of the product; fabric burns; dent of hard shell caused by impact; binding abrasion;
You are required to present the completed letter of guarantee or original purchase invoice to enjoy the free warranty.
If you return products for maintenance by express, the expenses for delivering products to the service center, including packing, transport and relevant taxes, should be borne by yourself.
For the product out of free warranty, COWAROBOT will provide compensable warranty service for life. The maintenance price for different parts depends on the market value and labor cost.
